God willing, this issue has been fixed. If you are still facing the same problem, then you can follow the steps below.
- Go to Google playstore search for Durioo+ and update if there is a recent version.
- Open the durioo+ app then go to settings > check the update button on the settings screen > then if there is an update press update > and then click reload app

Thanks for the feedback. If Mrs. is stuck near the intro app, Mrs. can try this method.
Try to open the app (hang) and close (correctly2 close) and open it back.
