Thank you for the understandable reply provided.

You can try to follow these steps if the problem still applies.

Go to Google playstore search for Durioo+ and update if there is a recent version.
Open the durioo+ app then go to settings > check the update button on the settings screen > then if there is an update press update > and then click reload app.
Make sure the Internet used is high speed and stable.
This Mi Stick heats up quickly, sometimes it has to restart the stick as well.
